End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and RallyMatch (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for the RallyMatch iOS application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to this EULA.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own use.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the App to organize pickleball sessions and related activities as intended.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App, except as permitted by Apple’s App Store terms.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices within the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
4. Ownership
RallyMatch retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. The App is licensed, not sold.
5. Updates
We may release updates to the App, which may be installed automatically depending on your device settings. This EULA applies to any updates.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” with all faults. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall RallyMatch be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.
9. Changes
We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is located.
