These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RallyMatch iOS application (the “App”), provided by RallyMatch (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using the App
RallyMatch helps you organize pickleball sessions by building matchups from the players and preferences you enter. You are responsible for the information you enter and for how you run your sessions.
2. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about players you add.
- Use the App only for lawful purposes.
- Respect the rights and privacy of the players whose names or details you enter.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by entering information you do not have the right to share, or attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise disrupt the App.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, text, and software, is owned by RallyMatch and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or content beyond the limited license described in the End User License Agreement.
5. Third-Party Services
The App is distributed through Apple’s App Store, and Apple’s terms apply to your use of the App Store and related services.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Matchups and suggestions are generated automatically and may not be perfect; you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them. We make no warranties that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RallyMatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes to the App and Terms
We may update or change the App at any time. We may also revise these Terms; continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or stop providing the App if you breach these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is located, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
