This Privacy Policy describes how RallyMatch (“RallyMatch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the RallyMatch iOS application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you set up sessions, you may enter player names, skill levels, and other details needed to organize matchups. This information is used only to generate and manage matchups within the App.
Session data. As you run sessions, the App records matchups, rounds, and results so it can keep future rounds balanced.
Automatically collected data. The App may collect anonymized technical data, such as crash logs and device type, through Apple’s standard reporting or a crash-reporting service, to help us fix bugs and improve reliability. This data is not used to identify you personally.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide the App’s features, including building and adjusting matchups.
- To improve the App’s performance, stability, and features.
- To respond to your questions and support requests.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. How We Store Information
Player and session information you enter is stored on your device. Removing the App removes this data from your device. If this changes in a future release—for example, if accounts or cloud sync are added—this policy will be updated to describe what is stored where, and the choices you have.
4. Third-Party Services
The App is distributed through Apple’s App Store, and Apple’s terms and privacy practices apply to your use of the App Store. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Your Rights
You can review or delete the player and session data stored in the App at any time by editing or clearing it within the App, or by deleting the App. If you have questions about your data, contact us at support@rallymatch.app.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, however.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted in the App or on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
